“Wonderful family stay”
Stacey from Fulham on May 4, 2017
We've just returned from a break at Merit Park and want to thank Gary at gonorthcyprus for the recommendation, we all had a wonderful time! When we arrived we were made to feel very welcome by the staff and we found our room to be spacious and very clean. The whole hotel is very clean in fact. We enjoyed the varied buffet meals every day and our children loved the animals in the grounds and going for pony rides - not something we've ever found at a hotel before! It is a nice setting by the sea and the beach is only a short walk away. At the hotel there are various facilities like the spa and casino, both excellent, and a pleasant indoor pool - the outdoor pool and some other facilities were being maintained during our stay. Overall, though, we had a wonderful family trip and would like to...
“The highlight of our trip to Merit Park Hotel was the fantastic food!”
Mark from Durham on Nov 4, 2016
The highlight of our trip to Merit Park Hotel in north Cyprus had to be the food. Despite having children who are fussy eaters, the whole family found something delicious to try here. My favourite was the fish restaurant on the hotel's pier, where we got to sample scrumptious fresh seafood and fish while enjoying fantastic views of the Mediterranean Sea. Everyone also loved the Aisha Lebanese restaurant as well, which apparently has a great reputation far and wide! Another thing GoNorthCyprus.com's Sue told us about before we booked was Merit Park Hotel's fantastic facilities for children, but they were even better than we anticipated. There is a mini club, which our kids loved, as well as a playground and pony club! When they were not having fun there or messing around in the pools, we made...
“The best holiday we've ever had”
Susan P from Milton Keynes on May 2, 2016
We recently booked a two-week break at the Merit Park Hotel through GoNorthCyprus and it turned out to be one of our best holidays yet, if not THE best. The hotel is stylish, modern and clean and the grounds are vast and well looked after. The position on the cliffside means the hotel is slightly elevated, so the views are pretty impressive, and we could see the sea from our room, which was a bonus. We chose the all-inclusive package so our meals were all accounted for, and we were very happy with the dishes on offer. The wine was also superb. We spent a lot of time in the massive pool and had a few treatments in the spa, which is very well recommended in the area. The whole break was totally relaxing and luxurious and we left feeling refreshed and pampered. Wouldn't hesitate to give the Merit...
“Had a fantastic special Birthday at the Park, staff even made me a cake.”
Janette from Paphos, Cyprus on Sep 13, 2015
Staff were very friendly and could not do enough for us.Food was excellent, the choice was excellent. Noticed that someone was disappointed they did not get milk for their tea, we asked for milk and it was given without a problem.Decided to give the Park a try after spending a good few Christmases at Crystal Cove. Liked it so much we have booked up for Christmas.Looking forward to spending Christmas at the Park, hope it is as good as Crystal Cove.
“Very nice hotel good food beautiful landscaped gardens.”

This is a good hotel but it does need to make some changes to make it 5* . The staff on reception need to improve their English as I found communication with the staff there quite difficult. On arrvival late in the evening I was surprised not to be offered some refreshment either in the room or in the restaurant which one would expect from 5 star hotels.Although tea and coffee making facilities were provided in the room , they did not provide milk which most English people take in their tea. When I enquired about the shuttle bus to Kyrenia I was told that it was not running however when I said it was advertised the manager of guest relations arranged for a car to take us.The best thing about this hotel is the staff they were all very pleasant, and very helpful they worked very hard to...
“Wonderful Christmas at Merit Park”
The Browns Limassol from Limassol, Cyprus on Jan 1, 2015
Just spent 3 wonderful days over the Christmas period at the Merit Park, all the staff really went out of their way to make sure everyone had a good time. The food as always was excellent, Christmas Eve dinner and Christmas Day lunch was Silver service and everyone on each table was served at the same time. We were in a suite with sea view which was perfect, very peaceful and quiet, the only noise we heard was the sea.. The waitress (Emma) in the Sherwood Bar was very good and made sure everyone got the drinks they ordered. Somi on reception is still as professional and friendly as ever, always had a lovely smile for the guests. This is our fourth visit to Merit Park and hopefully we will return in the not too distant future.
“Totally relaxing and very efficiently run”
Nevin Permaul from London on Nov 8, 2014
Just recently returned from our 15 day holiday at the Merit Park in North Cyprus. Myself and my wife found this to be a wonderful hotel. The food and wine for an all inclusive was probably the best we have ever had. The people working there made our stay extremly pleasant and special mentions to Hasan, Sinthiya and Emma who worked hard on the bars and were a lot of fun.If we were to pick up on any points for improvement it would have been nice to have more activites but this could be due to the time of year we went.We played tennis most days, swam in the lovely 50m pool and often spent the morning fishing on the rocks. The hotel spa was excellent and very relaxing. There is a small area of beach which is shared with other hotels but Merit Park are currently buiding new bars and platforms to...
