“Lovely modern hotel”
Vanessa from Kettering on Nov 22, 2018
My husband and I visited Merit Crystal cove recently for a week out of season. We were checked in no problem by a very efficient man and found that during our stay, all of the staff members were equally friendly and helpful. Our room was large and luxurious, very clean and serviced daily. The food was excellent quality, very varied and readily available and the waiting on staff just as efficient as the employees throughout the rest of the hotel. There are such lovely mature gardens outside, it's very relaxing to take a walk around the grounds and the vast beach too. Not really the weather for swimming but just looking out over the water is relaxing enough. We had a lovely time.
“A delightful week away”
Dawn from Manchester on Aug 2, 2018
My husband and I booked a deal through gonorthcyprus.com for a week at Merit Crystal Cove and were delighted with our getaway. The hotel is set in an outstanding location with superb views, we were blown away by the beauty of the location and the lovely gardens too. Employees all around the hotel were very friendly and keen to please, from reception staff to the waiters, and we had a good, large room, well furnished and nicely decorated. No signs of wear whatsoever. The pool is wonderful, very clean and clear and there are plenty of spots outdoors in the shade. The food is just brilliant, plenty of choice, and the hotel overall is kept spotless. A great stay.
“Fantastic hospitality - a wonderful experience”
Rowena from Stourbridge on Mar 29, 2018
I took the family to Merit Crystal Cove for a week away in north Cyprus not really knowing what to expect but Gary at GoNorthCyprus.com reassured me that we would have a great time, and we did. What a lovely hotel and such a warm welcome, the staff are so hospitable and made us feel totally at ease. Our room was very clean and well appointed, we all slept well. The breakfast buffet was large and tasty, such a great choice and never ran out. The other restaurants are also very good and we would recommend the kebab restaurant in particular. Either way, both are very nice and worth paying a bit extra for, just make sure you book in advance. Lovely gardens and sandy cove right outside the door, great for a wander and taking the kids for a paddle in the sea. We can't wait to come back!
“Fantastic standard of hospitality”
David and Susan from Hampshire on Feb 5, 2018
My wife and I visited Merit Crystal Cove recently for a poker tournament and we really did have a fantastic trip. It was our first time in northern Cyprus so we booked with the specialists GoNorthCyprus, who arranged everything for us including transfers. We had a wonderful room, traditionally decorated and very clean. The staff were welcoming and helpful, we had so many questions and they were ready to oblige at all times. The buffet food was very good and we enjoyed some delicious snacks. The casino is a great facility, lots f fun and the food is exceptional. The only bugbear was a bit of building noise from the renovations but I suppose it's to be expected out of season. Overall a brilliant trip, we would like to return.
“Perfect for a decadent escape”
Hayley from Birkenhead on Sep 14, 2017
My husband and I rarely get away on our own but we had the chance recently so booked a break at the Merit Crystal Cove with gonorthcyprus. We were swung by the images of the hotel's decadent interior and sure enough, when we arrived we found that the hotel to be beautiful, well-kept and with a lovely laid back atmosphere. Our room was clean and airy with a wonderful sea view and was kept clean and tidy by the housekeeping service. Staff are friendly and polite and the food on offer is superb. Service is also excellent but the meals are really to die for, especially the fish dishes, it is worth being all inclusive here unlike in so many other hotels. Beautiful private beach, great selection of restaurants and bars and plenty of amenities like the spa and casino - there is no need to leave the...

We went to Merit Crystal Cove after reading the reviews online and wow, we expected a few niggles here and there but honestly, it was fantastic. Beautiful setting, spotless hotel and attentive, efficient staff. We booked through gonorthcyprus and were very impressed with the price and the service from Mandy. We were looking for an all inclusive break but unsure what it would be like, as others we've been on have sprung some extra costs on us and quality not always great. Pleasantly surprised at Crystal Cove however, the buffets were enormous and excellent quality, there are also a number of other a la carte restaurants within the complex. It was quiet when we travelled as it was out of season, so we didn't encounter the noise that some other reviewers had mentioned. Very pleasant, large room,...
“All inclusive luxury in beautiful surroundings”
Lorna from Shropshire on Oct 4, 2016
Sometimes with all inclusive deals, we've felt as though we have to compromise on other areas of our holiday, but this wasn't the case with Merit Crystal Cove Hotel. It ticked all the boxes when it came to location, customer service, quality of food, entertainment and decor, just like our booking agent GoNorthCyprus said it would. For a start, we loved the fact it has its own sheltered cove with hammocks, a favourite of ours! It also has a great swimming pool which we enjoyed using when we didn't want to get too sandy, and while we intended to explore Kyrenia more during our break, we found there was enough entertainment at the resort to keep us busy instead. We definitely made the most of the spa with its sauna, Turkish bath and steam room, and though we failed to hit the gym, we hear it...
