“Wow, what a place!”

Shawn from Nottingham on Jul 2, 2018

I took my wife and kids away to Salamis Bay Conti Hotel for a week after finding the hotel on gonorthcyprus.com. We got a good deal and couldn't wait. Sure enough, when we arrived we were given a great room, generously proportioned with a fantastic sea view. So many positives about this place, great pool area, close to the beach and the entertainment staff are brilliant at making sure nobody gets bored! Really, really clean throughout and a great selection of food, everything well cooked. All the employees work hard and are very friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. I really hope we can return someday because we all had a blast at Salamis Bay.

“A superb family stay”

Moira and Ben from Somerset on Feb 27, 2018

We booked a week at Salamis Bay Conti with our toddler after finding the hotel online. GoNorthCyprus gave us a good price and we were pleased with the booking process, which was very smooth. We were surprised to find so much on offer when we stayed in February, usually a lot of facilities are closed at hotels out of season but this resort had plenty open, including the pools, sauna, steam room and such. The staff were attentive and friendly and our room was comfortable and kept clean. The bathroom fittings could be slightly better but that's about all we could find in terms of faults. For a few euros you can take the bus into town and explore, we had a great time and our toddler enjoyed himself too!

“Great value lively break”

Mike from Hull on Oct 25, 2017

This is a busy hotel with a lot to offer, we booked for a week with gonorthcyprus and had a great time. The hotel is large and clearly popular, we had a good-sized bedroom and bathroom which were both clean and well kept. The staff were all friendly, the hotel has a lively atmosphere and offers a great selection of food at mealtimes. All different kinds of cuisine, which is useful if you don't share the same tastes as other travellers in your group. Great pool area with plenty of sunbeds and the snack bar serves hot dogs and burgers, so you can always fill up if you don't make the set meal times. There's a shuttle bus into Famagusta which runs a few times a day and is very cheap or you can take a taxi but it's more expensive. My wife and I had a wonderful stay and would return.

“Great beach and family friendly atmosphere”

Jacqueline from Sheffield on May 15, 2017

I recently stayed at Salamis Bay with my husband and our daughter. We booked with Go North Cyprus, who were very accommodating and helpful and even arranged transfers for us. When we arrived at the hotel we were checked in efficiently by a friendly member of staff and given a comfortable room with a gorgeous sea view. Our daughter was full of energy (she is 3) and loved the indoor pool, we used it every day! It was fantastic to be so near to the beach as well, which was clean and pleasant. We had breakfast at the hotel every day and found it to be very good and filling, lunch was nice too. We ate out at tea time so can't comment on evening meals but the restaurant seemed busy. Nice Turkish baths and friendly staff too. We enjoyed our holiday overall and would recommend.

“Cheap AI deal”

Douglas and Jenny from Jersey on Nov 17, 2016

I booked thru Go North Cyprus, overall happy with the Holiday but it is Not a five star, the rooms were clean and comfortable , the food a never ending choice and great Spa facilities, we spent most of our time on the beach . Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and after they couldn't fix a non working AC unit in our room , they moved us into the new block, where we found a bottle of wine and some fruit waiting for us , (A nice touch ).

“Fantastic for families”

Jane and Simon from Farnborough, Hampshire on May 9, 2016

We stayed at the Salamis Bay Conti Hotel for a week in May with our four-year-old twins and had an amazing time, so much so that we've already arranged to return in 2017. We booked through GoNorthCyprus.com and got a great deal we certainly didn't pay five-star prices! The hotel was clean and welcoming and we found fruit waiting for us in our room, which was a pleasant and unexpected touch. There was a great choice of food every day and plenty of fresh fruit and veg and parts of the hotel dedicated are peace and relaxation while others offer a more lively experience, which was ideal for us with our kids we also really enjoyed the fantastic swimming pool and slides. The hotel has its own private beach, which is lovely you never really need to leave the hotel complex! Can't wait to ret

“Our second brilliant stay here (Salamis Bay Conti)”

John and Sarah B from Nottingham on Mar 26, 2016

Yet again, thanks to gonorthcyprus.com and the staff at Salamis Bay, we have had the most wonderful holiday. Form the moment we entered the fun began, with the playful banter with the reception staff. Our room was as great as always and the fruit and wine waiting for us was a real treat. The rooms are cleaned every day and the whole place is immaculate. We love visiting Famagusta and took the shuttle bus a couple of times. It was great to catch up with all friends at the bars we have frequented over the years, anyone going to Famagusta for the first time should make sure they visit the Historia bar and Peteks famous coffee shop. We made friends with another lovely couple at the hotel, Vicky and Mark, and decided to hire a car between up. This took us out and about to places we've never seen...
