“Great beach and family friendly atmosphere”

Jacqueline from Sheffield on May 15, 2017

I recently stayed at Salamis Bay with my husband and our daughter. We booked with Go North Cyprus, who were very accommodating and helpful and even arranged transfers for us. When we arrived at the hotel we were checked in efficiently by a friendly member of staff and given a comfortable room with a gorgeous sea view. Our daughter was full of energy (she is 3) and loved the indoor pool, we used it every day! It was fantastic to be so near to the beach as well, which was clean and pleasant. We had breakfast at the hotel every day and found it to be very good and filling, lunch was nice too. We ate out at tea time so can't comment on evening meals but the restaurant seemed busy. Nice Turkish baths and friendly staff too. We enjoyed our holiday overall and would recommend.

“Cheap AI deal”

Douglas and Jenny from Jersey on Nov 17, 2016

I booked thru Go North Cyprus, overall happy with the Holiday but it is Not a five star, the rooms were clean and comfortable , the food a never ending choice and great Spa facilities, we spent most of our time on the beach . Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and after they couldn't fix a non working AC unit in our room , they moved us into the new block, where we found a bottle of wine and some fruit waiting for us , (A nice touch ).

“Fantastic for families”

Jane and Simon from Farnborough, Hampshire on May 9, 2016

We stayed at the Salamis Bay Conti Hotel for a week in May with our four-year-old twins and had an amazing time, so much so that we've already arranged to return in 2017. We booked through and got a great deal we certainly didn't pay five-star prices! The hotel was clean and welcoming and we found fruit waiting for us in our room, which was a pleasant and unexpected touch. There was a great choice of food every day and plenty of fresh fruit and veg and parts of the hotel dedicated are peace and relaxation while others offer a more lively experience, which was ideal for us with our kids we also really enjoyed the fantastic swimming pool and slides. The hotel has its own private beach, which is lovely you never really need to leave the hotel complex! Can't wait to ret

“Our second brilliant stay here (Salamis Bay Conti)”

John and Sarah B from Nottingham on Mar 26, 2016

Yet again, thanks to and the staff at Salamis Bay, we have had the most wonderful holiday. Form the moment we entered the fun began, with the playful banter with the reception staff. Our room was as great as always and the fruit and wine waiting for us was a real treat. The rooms are cleaned every day and the whole place is immaculate. We love visiting Famagusta and took the shuttle bus a couple of times. It was great to catch up with all friends at the bars we have frequented over the years, anyone going to Famagusta for the first time should make sure they visit the Historia bar and Peteks famous coffee shop. We made friends with another lovely couple at the hotel, Vicky and Mark, and decided to hire a car between up. This took us out and about to places we've never seen...

“Relaxing hotel with friendly staff”

Mark Lilley from London on Sep 5, 2015

An excellent hotel for all tastes. We went to totally relax and wasn't disappointed as the hotel has separate areas for those who want peace & quiet or want a more livelier experience. We spent most of the time on the beach with no hassle or noise from the nearby pool area. The hotel itself was not what most people consider 5 star but when you are in Northern Cyprus you have to take into consideration that there are no major hotel brands and be prepared for different standard to those experienced in more upmarket countries & resorts. The food was okay but superb when they did things simply, Turkish themed food was excellent; shawarma, houmous, kebabs etc all plainly cooked and delicious. The staff everywhere were friendly, laid back & attentitive and always ready to make the guest feel special...

“Perfect place to visit in May”

Kate from Coventry on May 25, 2015

We stayed in a two bedroom villa, which was spotlessly clean. We had a great view of the pool and the sea which was lovely. The food was the best that we have ever experienced on an all inclusive basis, so much choice, well cooked and tasty. The desserts were plentiful and far too tempting! We were really pleased with the young man on Customer Relations who was really helpful, thank you. We found all the staff that we spoke to helpful and courteous. The animation team were a delight and worked hard to produce good quality entertainment. We visited Famagusta using the hotel's shuttle bus which was excellent value for money, The hotel is fairly isolated and there are not many places to visit but as we had gone for a relaxing stay it didn't stop us from enjoying ourselves.Well worth a visit, thanks...
